The Marquette grapes used in this Dry Red were harvested from our vineyard in Sheridan and aged 16 months in barrel. Just before bottling Petite Sirah was added to enhance the aromas of cherries and hints of black truffles. The subtle tannins support the silky smooth finish and lively acidity. This Marquette will pair nicely with duck, salmon, and goat cheeses.
