Charcuterie Class and Wine&Cheese Pairing

Hosting our first charcuterie class with owner Margaret Paratore of Graciously Made, we will have 3 wines paired with 3 cheeses, as well as some accompaniments to go along with them. Mike the owner of Fox Valley Winery will discuss the wines while Margaret discusses the cheese and the proper way to cut and board. Stay tuned for other classes!
